Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift baskets, food items, stuffed balloons, personalized gifts, custom gifts, or other made-to-order or perishable products.
Many of our gifts are prepared specifically for each customer and scheduled for delivery to Orlando hotels, resorts, vacation properties, and local residences. For this reason, products cannot generally be returned after they have been prepared or delivered.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We want every Orlando gift delivery to arrive in excellent condition and as ordered.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item, or you experience another issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Hotel & Vacation Rental Deliveries
For orders delivered to Orlando hotels, resorts, and vacation properties, delivery procedures may vary depending on the property’s policies.
In some cases, gifts may be left with the hotel’s front desk, bell desk, or another designated receiving area. Delivery to a hotel or vacation property does not necessarily mean that our driver can deliver the gift directly to the recipient’s room.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information and, when necessary, confirming the property’s gift-receiving procedures.
Personalized & Custom Gifts
Personalized and custom products are created specifically according to the information provided when placing the order.
Please carefully review names, messages, dates, and other personalization details before completing your purchase. Because these products are made specifically for your order, personalized and custom gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges
